Troy was incredibly responsive throughout our process, which was so helpful during a cross-state move and when the housing market is unpredictable. The online portal made it so easy to submit and view documents, and see where we were at throughout the process. More lenders should use this portal! Anytime we had a question, Troy was there to help provide guidance.
